He loved to garden, play cards, hunt and fish and spend time outdoors. He loved his peanut butter on Italian bread, making and eating his Sunday gravy, lobsters and fried clams, drinking an amaretto stinger and his sweets, especially Italian rum cake. He is survived by his wife; Maria L. Troisi of Salem, NH, by his children; George Troisi, Jr. and his wife Linda of Barnstead, NH, Deborah Ciano of Acushnet, MA and Lisa Troisi Lafontaine and her husband Richard C. of Sandown, NH, by his step-children; Elkin Bedoya and Sandra Marrero, both of New Hampshire.
